Totland Bay

Totland Bay, United Kingdom

The beach at Totland Bay is a shingle beach with sandy patches and has wonderful clear water for swimming. The bay is flanked by low cliffs to the South and there is a beautiful view out to the mainland.

Totland Bay is between Colwell Bay and Alum Bay on the North West of the Isle of Wight. You can reach the beach easily by walking from the centre of Freshwater or via the coastal path from Yarmouth.

There are two places for refreshment at Totland Bay. There is a small restaurant called The Waterfront and a small ice cream stand and takeaway place in the old pier building.

From Totland Bay you can walk the coastal path along the seafront to Colwell Bay.
