Colwell Bay

Colwell Bay

Colwell Bay on the North West of the Isle of Wight is a beautiful shingle beach with sandy patches and views over to Hurst Castle on the Mainland. The small bay is located between Yarmouth to the North East and Totland Bay to the South West.

There is a place for lunch and a local shop for picnic food. The coastal path also takes you along the seafront to Totland Bay where there is a small restaurant (The Waterfront).

There is a small carpark at Colwell Bay but it is only a short walk from Freshwater town centre or from the bus stop on the Yarmouth to Freshwater route.
